Shipping
We ship our products via United States Postal Service(USPS). Our products are made fresh in small batches as you order them, so your order should arrive in 7-10 days from order placement. Please allow 6-8 weeks for custom soap orders since handcrafted soap, without surfactants and preservatives must dry for about 4 weeks before we stock it for sale to you. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 dollars some exclusions apply.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned for refund within 14 days of the shipment date. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Items must be returned with all original packaging intact. Please contact Alice and Henry at orders @aliceandhenrynaturals.com to indicate reason and order number. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. For your protection we suggest that you insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Please include the order confirmation number. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter. Cancellations Please review all orders carefully before finalizing. We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
